  1. I can just imagine how helpful it is to paint when one cannot sleep! God bless and give you peace in the midst of all of this! a gentle (hug)... and a prayer... <3

  2. So sorry that the nights are proving long and tedious at the moment but what a happy solution to have found something creative that's easy to pick up and put down in the wee small hours. I don't sleep very well myself and know only too well that awful heart-sinking feeling when you look at the clock and realise that it's 1.00 or 2.00 am. Once it's getting to 4.00am it's not quite so bad but anywhere between 1.00am and 3.30 am is such an ebb tide time and the world can feel incredibly empty. Filling the time with your doodling in paint seems a lovely way to reclaim that sort of time without needing to get going completely so that it you feel drowsy again it's not too difficult to drop off. The dotty rocks remind me of a Kaffe Fassett design - his mille fiore one. Sending you a hug and prayers and thinking of you ... E xx

  8. Hi Nancy I was wondering how you are and leaving this comment so you know I stopped by, your posts are worryingly out of date so I hope you are ok and still painting. Betty
